Toposcope, Arnside Knott, Cumbria
This toposcope was commissioned by the National Trust to replace an earlier design. It describes the view from Arnside Knott, looking out over the Kent Estuary towards the Lake District Fells.
The main frame was made in oak, and a brass surround was produced to hold down the printed plaque. The original legs were cleaned up and slightly modified to accept the new top.
